2. By BANK TRANSFER (In this case, The bank transfer cost must be added to the cost of the registration fee.)

What is included in the registration:
Full registration includes: Access to all technical sessions, panel sessions, coffee breaks, 2 lunchs, Banquet, and receptions. It also includes a copy of the conference proceedings.
Student registration includes: Access to all technical sessions, panel sessions, coffee breaks, and reception. It also includes a copy of the conference proceedings. It does not include lunchs and Banquet ticket.
- NOTE
- At least one REGISTRATION must be made by authors to have the paper in the proceedings.
- No more than one additional paper is allowed by one registration
- Papers with no registration will not be included in the proceeding. Proceedings of the Conference will be published on CD-ROM through IEEE and electronically via IEEE Xplore.
- This payment mode is made at the latest by February 28th, 2019.
CANCELLATION and REFUND
- If your registration was used to upload a final paper to the conference, there will be no refund.
- After 31st March 2019, Conference fees cannot be refunded.
