SUBMISSION

We use two submission systems: 

1- If you will submit a Regular Paper please use the  PaperCept on-line conference management system

2- If you will submit a Short Paper (Work-in-Progress / WiP) please use the EasyChair management system for CoDIT'19

REGULAR PAPER SUBMISSION: PaperCept on-line conference management system

Important: The length of the regular paper is limited to a maximum of 6 pages (in the standard IEEE conference double column format). Registered and presented regular papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. 

All regular contributions to CoDIT’19 must be submitted online, in electronic format.

CoDIT’19 uses PaperCept (formerly PaperPlaza) conference management system at:

 https://controls.papercept.net for submission of conference contributions and the peer-review process.

1. Registration for first-time users

To use PaperCept, you need a personal “account” – called PIN.

If you used PaperCept (or PaperPlaza) before, there is no need to register again – please use your existing PIN.

If you do not have a PIN, please use this link to register first (once the new window opens, select the option “Register a new PIN“).

2. Submitting your work

Have a valid PIN and password ready, as well as the document you plan to submit.

To submit your contribution, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://controls.papercept.net.
  2. Scroll down through the list of conferences to find CoDIT'19 or search for “CoDIT 2019” (type Ctrl+F to activate search and type “CoDIT 2019” as  a search string). Click on the link “Submit a Contribution to CoDIT 2019“. The next page is called “Submission Wizard“.
  3. In the Submission Wizard page, submit the paper (contributed paper).
  4. Follow the submission steps.
  5. Upon successful submission of a manuscript, the system automatically sends an acknowledgement to the corresponding author with copies to all the co-authors.

SHORT PAPER (Work-in-Progress / WiP) SUBMISSION:  EasyChair management system for CoDIT'19

Important: The length of WiP paper is limited to a maximum of 3 pages with no optional appendix in IEEE Xplore. At most 6 references can be included. Accepted short papers will be included in a volume of local proceedings. WiP (short papers) contributors are expected to give a short presentation of their work (10 mn).

All short papers (Work-in-Progress / WiP) contributions to CoDIT’19 must be submitted online, in electronic format through:
